Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@dripvo.com with your order details.

Refunds
Once the item is returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method.

Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us at contact@dripvo.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

Return Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
